One line (95 characters)

ClutterCoach photographs a messy room and decides what to keep, sell, donate or throw away.

Short (about 60 words)

ClutterCoach is an AI decluttering app for people who freeze in the doorway of a messy room. Photograph any space and it identifies every visible item, assigns each one a decision — keep, donate, sell or toss — with a plain-English reason, and prices what's worth selling, with the top items anchored to live marketplace comparables. Made by a solo founder in Oklahoma.

Long (about 150 words)

Most decluttering apps hand you a checklist. ClutterCoach argues that the checklist was never the hard part — the hard part is standing in the doorway of a cluttered room and being unable to pick a first thing. So it makes the call for you. Photograph any room, closet, garage or pile, and the app identifies every visible item and assigns each one a verdict: keep, donate, sell or toss, each with a plain-English reason. Items worth selling get a price — the top ones anchored to live marketplace comparables, the rest estimated from the photos — and one tap drafts a complete resale listing. Around that sit a donation fair-market-value report for tax records, a Moving Mode that sequences a move by date, a running catalogue of everything scanned so far, and a coach you can argue with about any decision. ClutterCoach is built by High Pro Media, LLC, a one-person company in Bixby, Oklahoma. It is patent pending.

The founder story

ClutterCoach was built by Ben Marshall, who has ADHD and built the tool he could not find.

After a divorce, he had more stuff than space and no way through it. Every attempt to start ended the same way: a pile moved into three piles. The obstacle was never effort or information — it was that every single object demanded a decision, and the decisions would not come. Junk-hauling companies were the wrong answer twice over: the items had real value, and the extra income mattered.

The product insight follows directly from that. ClutterCoach does not motivate you, gamify you, or teach you a method. It externalizes the decision — renders the verdict on each item so the only thing left is to act. Money is the reward. Relief is the product.

Ben is available for interview and can speak to ADHD and executive function, why the decisions stop coming, building software alone, and what a room's contents are actually worth.

What we do not claim

Price estimates, donation values and carbon figures are AI-generated and advisory. They are not an appraisal, and not tax, legal or professional advice. ClutterCoach is an organization tool, not a medical device — it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. The app opens a marketplace's own listing page for you; it does not post on your behalf.
