ClutterCoach

These Terms of Use govern your use of ClutterCoach, a product of High Pro Media, LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

ClutterCoach helps you declutter, organize, and resell your belongings using AI-assisted analysis. Item classifications, resale price estimates, and listing drafts are provided as guidance only — you are responsible for your own decisions about your property and any sales you make.

Subscriptions & billing

ClutterCoach is free to download and includes optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Pro — $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year
• Reseller — $24.99 per month or $249.99 per year

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. Any introductory offer or free trial, if offered, applies once per Apple ID or Google account; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid subscription at the standard price.

Auto-renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iPhone and iPad) or your Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, after purchase — on iPhone and iPad in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Purchases are processed by Apple or by Google, depending on the store you bought from. Refunds are handled by that store in accordance with its terms — the App Store terms for Apple purchases, Google Play’s refund policy for Play purchases. High Pro Media does not process payments or issue refunds directly.

Product links

Product recommendations link to retailer search pages. These may in future carry affiliate parameters, in which case we may earn a commission; that would never change your price.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others, including in any listings you create for resale.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Price estimates, item classifications, and listing drafts are informational and not guaranteed to be accurate or to result in a sale. To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Pro Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple standard EULA

For the iPhone and iPad app, except where these Terms state otherwise, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
