You can have everything ClutterCoach's servers hold about you deleted. This page explains what exists, how to delete it, and what happens after.
What the app stores
- On our servers: scan results (the item lists the AI produced), your keep/donate/sell/toss decisions, and AI-coach conversation transcripts. On iOS these are linked to your Sign in with Apple account; the Android app has no account system.
- Not stored: the photos you snap are analyzed and discarded — they are never kept on our servers.
- On your device: your local history lives in the app itself and is removed when you delete the app.
How to delete it
- iOS (in-app): open Account → Delete account. This permanently erases your scans, decisions, and conversations from our servers immediately.
- Android, or any other request: email us (address below) from any address, tell us you want your ClutterCoach data deleted, and include roughly when you used the app. We delete matching server records and confirm by reply within 30 days.
What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted: all scan results, decisions, and AI-coach transcripts tied to you.
- Kept: standard purchase records required for tax/accounting (handled by Apple and Google — we never see your payment details), and short-lived server logs that expire automatically.
